Issue when trying to connect to MYOB Advanced from Velixo

Issue
When
you are trying to connect to your instance using Velixo, you are
receiving the screenshot below. This is often after an upgrade.

Reason
Each
time a new version is release, Velixo adds additional Inquiries that
are utilized for that particular. These help with the many useful
functions Velixo uses. These are added automatically by the installer,
when the user signs in for the first time, if they are not present.
Therefore, after a major release, you need to get a user with Full User Access to login via Velixo to your instance first,
with the correct permissions to create the GI's. Once these are created
and installed, all other users will be able to run their reports with
any issues. We suggest completing this process using the PartnerSupport
account so that there will not be any security related issues.

Resolution
- From a workstation, try and connect to the MYOB Advanced instance via Velixo using a PartnerSupport account
- You will then be shown a message that the new GI's are being created
- Try to login again via Velixo as a regular user
- The issue should be resolved.
